THE COMPOUND EFFECT

Listen, it was something that never crossed my mind. 

A concept of small proportions, literally. 

Today I want to introduce you to a mindset shift that has changed my life forever, called The Compound Effect. The Compound Effect is a mindset in which you focus on small but gradual progress instead of trying to make big changes in your life.

Just 1% better, forever.

Waking up 1 min earlier, meditating 1 extra minute, 1 extra rep at the gym or mile. 1 more phone call to a friend or family member, 1 less alcoholic beverage, or 1 more dollar invested. 

These “1 extras” if executed consistently will compound MASSIVELY over time!

I learned this concept from the book, The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. It’s a very easy read at around 200 pages (double spaced) and a short 4 hours and 44 minutes on audible. I want to bring it to your attention because it can change your life too.
