Here are the ingredients for one of the protein shakes I like to make
This protein shake is heavy in fats, has some carbs, but the most important part is the protein. Right after my work out it’s very vital for me to load up on protein at least 25 – 30g of protein. I also want to make this protein shake as healthy as possible and get good sources of carbs to give me some energy throughout the day.
- 1 scoop of BPN (Bare Performance Nutrition) Whey Protein
- Organic Blue Berries
- Frozen Kale
- Unsweetened Almond Milk (low in carbs)
- Almond Butter
- Chia Seeds
- One Raw Egg
This is honestly a really healthy smoothie / protein shake. It’s also super yummy!
