With Zach’s coaching, I went from a 66-year-old woman recently diagnosed with severe osteoporosis, overweight, that had become inactive and slightly depressed to a 66-year-old woman that has new pep in her step, walking 2.75 miles a day, lifting weights, and doing squats multiple times every single day.
Zach’s coaching approach to my nutritional changes has been subtle but the impact has been huge.
